He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Shoemake (Deffenbaugh) and Robert Shoemake. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Shoemake; his sons, Ronald Shoemake Jr. (Betsy), Robert Shoemake (Amber), Ryan Shoemake (Mikki) and Randy Shoemake (Kim); his grandchildren, Hallie, Courtney, Regan, Raylynn and Tyler; his great grandchild Daisy; and his sisters, Susie Williams (Daniel) and Candie Long (Gary).
