The memory of Shirley Watkins of Frostburg, Maryland, who passed away on June 12, 2025 at the age of 95, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Kear and Margaret Kear (Thomas); her husband William J. Watkins; and her sister Elaine Blubaugh. She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Stevenson (Rick) and Sue Crowe (Gary); her grandchildren, Cody Sivic (Keisha) and Jenna Sivic (Blake); and her great grandchildren, Easton, Sawyer Shillingburg, Hank and Reagan Sivic. She is also survived by grandchildren and five bonus great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Durst Funeral Home (57 Frost Ave, Frostburg, MD 21532). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
