Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Terry will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy E. Williams and Arlie M. Williams (Keller). He is survived by: his wife Susan Joyce Keister; his brothers-in-law, William (Sandra), Kevin and Jeffery Keister (Loretta); his nieces, Stacy Shriner (David) and Elizabeth Keister; and his nephew Nathan Keister (Amy).
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Durst Funeral Home (57 Frost Ave, Frostburg, MD 21532).
