He was predeceased by: his parents, John Archibald Blair and Virginia Blair (Walbert); his siblings, Stuart, Richard "Dick" Blair and Jane Kroll; and his daughter-in-law Linda Fulton Blair.
He is survived by: his wife Maxine Blair (Nolan); his children, Danita Sciuk (Kevin Sciuk) of New Kent, VA and Wray Blair; his brothers, Don Blair of Mount Airy, MD and John Blair; and his grandsons, Tim Blair (Katie) of Kearneysville, WV and Daniel Blair of Bel Air, MD. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
