She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert R Wagner and Nellie E Wagner; her husband Ralph C Tarr, Sr.; her children, Ralph Charles Tarr, Jr. and Pamela Lynne Ennis; and her grandson Eric Richardson.
She is survived by: her sons, David Lee Tarr (Jo Ann) of Salisbury, MD and Steven Alan Tarr (Cynthia Lynn) of Fruitland, MD. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
