We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2023, at the age of 76, James L. Allen of Fruitland, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Jimmie Lee Allen and Mary H. Townsend; and his sister Brenda Jones. He is survived by : his siblings, George Allen, Sammy Allen, Vicky Liggett (Christopher), Rose Allen and Martha Allen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives, in-laws, and friends.
