We announce the death of Levon R. Schoofield Jr. of Fruitland, Maryland, who passed away on July 20, 2026, at the age of 45. He was predeceased by: his mother Angela Denise Williams. He is survived by: his father Levon Richard Schoofield, Sr.; his wife Veronica D. Drummond; his daughter Ty'Leah Schoofield; his stepchildren, Lonnie Warren and Shanice Warren; his sisters, April Green, Toccara Handy (Rodnell), Kimberly Schoofield, Jennifer Dorman (Shawn) and Ashley Schoofield; his grandchildren, Kadair Bryant and Ja'liya Bryant; his nieces and nephews, Anayah Thornton, MacKenzie Davis, Kyron Simms, Darrius Simms, Lebraun Brooks, Jr. and Hunter Scott; his grandmother Barbara Wilson-Cottman; and his mother-in-law Edna Parson (Nathaniel). He is also survived by two sisters-in-law; one brother in-law; a host of other relatives and friends.
