He is survived by: his wife Georgia Moyka; his sons, John, Brett, Duane (Cindy) and Kevin Cassis (Ethan); and his siblings, Joanne LeBlanc, Diane Collins, Rosemary Connor (Ben), John Collins (Laura), Kathleen Coolidge (Rusty), Michael Collins (Adrienne) and Brian Collins (Kristen). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
