She was predeceased by: her parents, Patsy Ruth (Shank) and George McClelland Mowen. She is survived by: her sisters, Brenda Mowen (Clyde), Carol Springer (Rick) and Jewel Gatrell (Ralph); her nieces and nephews, Amy, Derek, Stephanie, Amanda, Carissa and Beth; her great-nephews, Cody and Jayden; her aunt Audrey; and her close friend Kenneth "Kenny" C. Moore, Sr..
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Rose Hill Cemetery (600 S Potomac St, Hagerstown, MD 21740).
