Margaret Shank Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on November 7, 2025, at the age of 82, Margaret Shank of Funkstown, Maryland, born in North Plainfield, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Joseph Monahan and Ruth Janet Seal Monahan. She is survived by: her brother James Monahan Jr. (Patricia) of Smithsburg; her sons, Gary G. Shank of Flintstone, MD, David D. Shank (Carol) of Leitersburg and Jeffery J. Shank (Stephanie) of Funkstown; her grandchildren, Cory Shank, Lindsey Martin, Casey Shank, Erin Kershner, Connor Shank, Garrett Shank and Cara Shank; and her close friend Donna Helm of Westminster, MD.. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
