With sadness, we share the passing of Ann Dziuba of Gaithersburg, Maryland. Ann, born on June 23, 1942, passed away on September 6, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ann Dziuba to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvina Lazevnik and Anthony Shukwit of Duryea, Pennsylvania.; and her daughter Susan. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Dziuba; her children, Douglas (Andrea), Pamela (Mark) and Marsha; her grandchildren, Jessica, Rachel, Madelyn, Katelyn, Daniel, Annabel and Luke; and her great grandchild Lily.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Parish (11701 Clopper Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20878).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ann's memory to St. Rose of Lima Parish.
