She was predeceased by: her parents, Mattie Luvenia Myers Henneghan and Walter Lee Henneghan; and her siblings, Edna Mae Hawkins, Allie Mae Frison, Ethelean H. Frison, Walter Henneghan and Henry James Henneghan.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela R. Govan; her granddaughter Tyatianna J. Flemming of Fort Bliss, TX; her great grandchild Jorja R. Flemming of Fort Bliss, TX.; her sister Pecola H. Rollins of Alexandria, VA; and her godson Mason T. Morgan of Charlotte, NC. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First African Methodist (17620 Washington Grove Ln, Gaithersburg, MD 20877). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
