She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse C. Rippeon and Ernestine May "Teen" Ballenger Rippeon; her daughter Belinda May Seal; her brothers-in-law, Ira Brandenburg and Bob Moxley; and her niece Sharon Lee White.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry D. Seal (JD); her sisters, Peggy Brandenburg of Clarksburg, Shirley Moxley of Urbana and Connie Magers (Bill) of Clarksburg; Whisper.
