It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel John Smyczek of Gaithersburg, Maryland, who passed away on August 4, 2022, at the age of 30, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his mother Patrice Smyczek. He is survived by : his father Peter Smyczek; his wife Teresa Caruana; and his siblings, Julie Bennett (Christopher), Jeanne Holtz (Rex), Christopher, James (Margret), Peter (Lauren), William and Robert (Julia Caruana). He is also survived by thirty-four nieces and nephews.
