He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Raymond and Alva Rachel Spillman (Hutton); his son Adam Harris Spillman; and his brother-in-law William J. Strahm. He is survived by: his daughter Amy R. Spillman of Gaithersburg, MD; and his sister Carole Jo Strahm of Loveland, CO. He is also survived by many friends and honorary "back-up" family members.
