He is survived by : his son Dung Quoc Thach; his grandchildren, Trinh Tang (Hau), Sarin Thach (Huong), Phu Thach (Long Ramsey), Linda Voss (Oliver), Phung, Tuan Anh, Thao Plummer (Micah) and Nhi Thach (Lylan); his son Phu Thach (Sang); and his grandchildren, Hanh Thach, Dina Thach, Dani Tang, Dennis Tang, Jasmine Hill, Annie Le, Adam Le, Ariana Le, Brian Thach, Kelly Thach, Kamiya Plummer, Zion Plummer, Aaliyah Plummer, Aaron Voss, Yagi Thach, Yung Thach, Thinh Thach and Phuc Thach (Tay Huyen).

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the DeVol Funeral Home - Maryland (10 E Deer Park Dr, Gaithersburg, MD 20877). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
