He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond David, Jr. and Mary Evelyn Boarman Cleaver; and his grandparents, Lillie Lohman Cleaver and Phillip Simms Boarman, Sr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Diana, Steven, Wayne and Craig (Brittnay).
Visitation was held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Roy W. Barber Funeral Home (21525 Laytonsville Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20882). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
