He is survived by: his wife Betty Hsueh; his daughter Gloria; his son-in-law Erik; his grandson Kirin; his sister Lorena; his brother-in-law Bruce; his nieces, Jackie and Wendy; his nephew Bruce Anthony; his great-nephew Archer; his brothers, Orlando and Tico; and his nieces and nephews, Camila, Eleonora, Claudia, Tico and Nelson.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at 16 Kent Gardens Cir, Gaithersburg, MD 20878.
In lieu of flowers, we are accepting donations for a children's education charity to be selected in Memo's honor.
