He was predeceased by: his parents, Cameron George Garman and Mary Louise Rowe Garman. He is survived by: his wife Janet Mack Garman; his daughters, Elizabeth, Karen (Bob Mulderig) and Susan (Rick Kranias); his grandchildren, Ross (Lydia Bier), Sean Pendergast, Patrick, Emily Mulderig, Sophia and Nicholas Kranias; and his brother Charles F. Garman (Martha). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Asbury Methodist (201 Russell Ave, Gaithersburg, MD 20877).
