He was predeceased by: his parents, Héctor Rojas Albornoz and Hilda Rojas Guerra. He is survived by: his brothers, Ernesto and Luis Rojas; his son Héctor Emilio Rojas; his wife Myriam; his grandchildren, Nicole, Christine and Héctor Alexander; his great grandchild Savannah; and his faithful corgi Archie.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the DeVol Funeral Home (10 E Deer Park Dr, Gaithersburg, MD 20877). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John Neumann Catholic Church (9000 Warfield Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20882). A committal service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM at the All Souls Cemetery (11401 Brink Rd, Germantown, MD 20876).
