With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Stinson Sr. (Gaithersburg, Maryland), who passed away on January 25, 2026 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Leonard and Marion Stinson; his brothers, Edward L. Stinson, Jr. and David Stinson (Diane) of St. Augustine, FL.; his wife Margaret Hines Stinson (Maggie); his son James T. Stinson, Jr. (Sandy); his grandchildren, Samantha and AJ of Cockeysville; his daughter Heather Stinson Putnam; his granddaughter Morgan of Jacksonville, NC; his stepson James Shank (Jen); and his grandchildren, Connor and Riley of Damascus.
