She is survived by: her husband Stewart Burns; her daughters, Jenifer Vincent of Washington, D. C. and Joanne Noelle Vincent of Los Angeles, California; her sister Donita Pinkney; and her stepdaughters, Wendy Ponton (Scott), Bonnie Markward (Ted) and Carrie Freeman (Dean). She is also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and many cherished in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the DeVol Funeral Home (10 E Deer Park Dr, Gaithersburg, MD 20877).
