“I am a childhood friend of Joan. I was trying to get in touch with her only to sadly find she is deceased. I have always credited Joan with my devotion to the rosary. When we were in the fifth grade, Joan had her Catholic friends sign a commitment to pray the daily rosary. I never forgot that commitment. Even at that age, Joan shared her love for Jesus and Mary with her Catholic friends. I never forgot that commitment and credit Joan to my early devotion to the rosary and our Blessed Mother.”
