She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hayes Fisk and Edith Fisk (Crolius); her husband William Russell Thickstun Jr.; and her siblings, Robert, William, Ruth Slavin and Dorothy Carpenter.

She is survived by: her sister Jane Munro; her children, William Russell Thickstun III (Margaret) of Clinton, NY, Jane Elizabeth Thickstun of Pittsburgh and Carol E. Faber (Roger) of Grand Rapids, MI; and her grandsons, John William and Charles Russell Thickstun.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Asbury Benevolent Care Fund, 5285 Westview Drive, Suite 200, Frederick, MD 21703.
