It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Masoud Modarressi of Gaithersburg, Maryland, who passed away on July 2, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Masoud Modarressi to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hassan Modarressi-Yazdi and Mansoureh Ighani Modarressi. He is survived by: his wife Zahra Davoudi; his children, Sarah Modarressi, Shiva Shahandeh, Sheida Ahdoot, Melissa Modarressi, Frances Modarressi, Bejan Modarressi, Shaheen Modarressi-Yazdi, Ariya Modarressi and Dan Ahdoot; and his grandchildren, Rory Modarressi, Zane Modarressi, Eduardo Flores-Modarressi, Leila Flores-Modarressi, Gabriel Flores-Modarressi, Yeshua Flores-Modarressi, Noah Ahdoot and Nila Ahdoot.
