She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Chokas; her husband Vincent Jacobs; and her brother Allan G. Manus (Chris). She is survived by: her children, Thomas Elwood (Judy) of Streetsboro, OH, Christina Elwood of Aurora, OH, Tamara Elwood of Garrettsville, OH and Christopher Zindash (Heather) of Gaithersburg, MD; and her grandchildren, April, Justin, Derek, Austin, Bella and Zoë. She is also survived by many loving great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
