With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Patricia A. Jagemann (Gaithersburg, Maryland), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Patricia left this world on October 2, 2025 at the age of 87, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph S. Topping and Lillian Topping (Maltz); her husband Joseph; her brother Ronald Topping; and her great grandchild Anastasia Kessler.
She is survived by: her children, Mary McCarthy (Mike), Barbara Olsson (Chuck), James Jagemann and Joseph Jagemann (Christina); her grandchildren, Christopher (Jessica), Sharon, Keri, Samantha, Patrick (Kelsy), Caitlin, Anika and Ava; and her great grandchildren, Lily, Ivy, Bella, Nova and Benjamin. She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Church (11701 Clopper Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20878). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
