He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donald H, Hazel Ruth Knapp Bowen, W. D. Williams and Jean Smith Williams. He is survived by: his parents, Randall, Sr. Bowen and Arlene J Williams Bowen; his children, Kaitlyn Marie Bowen and Connor Lynn Bowen; the mother of his children Karin Mayer Bowen; his brother William Donald Bowen; his sister-in-law Amanda Rachel Bartlett Bowen; and his nephew William Nathaniel Bowen.
