He is survived by: his wife Karen Zedella; his child Reggie, Jr.; his grandson Reginald Edward Smith, III; his uncle Joe; his aunt Ting; his friend Cali; his brother Earl (Ruby); his children, Daphne Williams, Debra Belott (Patrick), Reginald Smith, Jr. (Sara) and Vanessa Smith; his grandchildren, Sienna, Jasmine, Haley, Rachel, Kiersten, Sophia, Elodie, Charlotte, Olivia, Scarlett and Reggie, III; and his siblings, Connie Williams, Audrey Bishop, Charles 'Pickle Smith (Corinthia), Jeffrey Smith (Dena), Deborah Buchanan, Kirk Smith (Martha), George Smith (Tracey), Michael Smith (Jennifer), Keith Smith (Debbie) and Greg Williams. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
