He is survived by: his parents, George Harry Koutris and Stavroula Psarras Koutris; his spouse Efthalia Koutris; his children, George Koutris (Anna Christina) and Stavroula Koutris; and his siblings, Fay Straub (Daniel) and Aristotle Koutris (Ina). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church Iconography and Artifacts Ministry.
