“Dear Kim, Eric and Kirsten, We recently learn of the passing of Bill and are heartbroken. Bill was my best friend. Bill was Mary’s first boss upon graduation from high school in 1973. And he & I became friends when I moved to Maryland in 1980. We all shared many good times. And for the last 30 years Bill & I had a standing Wednesday lunch. I’m reminded of Proverbs 18:24 “There is a friend who sticks closer than a brother” I shall miss him dearly. Semper Fi Love Don & Mary”
