We bid farewell to Ying Lou (Gaithersburg, Maryland), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 11, 2025 at the age of 101. Ying touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She is survived by: her children, Karen Wong (David Wu), William Wei Ping Wong (Yan) and Kem Fan To; her grandchildren, Sherrie Shagong (Charles Shagong), Alex Wong (Alice) and Anita To; and her great grandchildren, Jonas Shagong and Emily Shagong.

Visitation was held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the De Vol Funeral Home (10 E Deer Park Dr, Gaithersburg, MD 20877).
