He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Andrew Horsey and Rosetta "Toots" Carter Horsey; and his brother Philip C. Horsey. He is survived by: his wife Ann Katherine Horsey; his children, Paula Ann Hurm, June Barbara Katzschner (Marc Katzschner), Susan Jennifer Moore and Philip Andrew Horsey (Heather Horsey); his grandchildren, Anna, Joey (Jessica), Philip, Nathan (Megan), Elizabeth, Arielle, Zoë, Mitra and Riley; and his great grandchildren, Aurora and Augustus.
