Sandra Frankel Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on August 7, 2025, at the age of 78, Sandra Frankel of Galena, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence L. Nowland and Jean Mischler Nowland; and her siblings, Ralph L. Nowland, H. Thomas Nowland and Doris Nowland Lotz.

She is survived by: her husband S. Lee Frankel; her children, Steven L. Frankel (Lisa) of Centerville, Tara Frankel Becker (Jay) of Rehoboth Beach and Seth L. Frankel of Ocean View, DE.; and her grandchildren, George S. Frankel of Wilmington, John L. Frankel of Centerville, Charles M. "Chipper" Becker II of Rehoboth Beach and Elizabeth Lee "Lebby" Becker of Rehoboth Beach.
