He was predeceased by: his children, Gregory Toth, Autum Winter and Lawrence Toth; his sister Barbara Cushman; and his parents, Albert Andrew Toth, Sr. and Margaret Toth.
He is survived by: his wife Rose M. Toth; his children, JoAnn Potter (William) and Timothy Toth (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Janna Green, Victoria Jones (KC), Bryan Toth, Emily Pollione (Ryan), Regina Simoncelli (Connor), Michael Potter, Hannah Callahan (Benjamin), Katharine Toth, Jonathan Paul Potter and Akira Potter; and his sister Margaret Wallace. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
