She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Glaspey and Gertrude Glaspey; and her husband Dennis Rice. She is survived by: her children, Greg (Valerie) and Aileen; her grandson Cody (Anna); her great grandchild Adelyn; and her sisters, Ellen and Jean. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or Hospice of the Chesapeake.
