He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Brown and Shirley Brown of Fred; his wife Susan; his daughters, Jennifer Foard (Phil) and Christine Brown; his grandson Phillip Foard Jr.; and his sister Debbie Sumpter (John). He was also cherished by sisters-in-law; dozens of beloved nieces and nephews; the Carpenter family - neighbors he cherished as his own children and grandchildren; and a handful of bonus daughters.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Donaldson Funeral Home & Crematory (1411 Annapolis Rd, Odenton, MD 21113). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Donaldson Funeral Home Chapel (1411 Annapolis Rd, Odenton, MD 21113).
