He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Rosekrans (Keenan) and Robert Rosekrans; his siblings, Grace, Peter, Geraldine, Paula, Robert and Rita; his niece Christy; his nephew Scott; and his close friend Brian McNiff.
He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Rosekrans (Hannah) of Gambrills and Mary Rosekrans (Sarah Pasquarelli) of Baltimore; his grandson Benjamin Dupree of Gambrills; and his brother Anthony Rosekrans. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and their children and grandchildren.
