She is survived by: her daughters, Elaine King (Karl) of Linthicum and Mary Ingwersen (Rob) of Annapolis; and her grandchildren, Matthew Nowakowski, Erin DeHaas, Bryan Howard, Shawn Helford and Cory Helford. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Cancer Society in her memory.
