“Just learned of Steve's passing--a former OPM coworker, and a good friend, for many years. Steve and I were the closest at work ('90s, '20s), had lunch together, shop-talked and DC-politics talked. The last few years, we talked on the phone long, joked, laughed, in spite of (and about) our getting on in years, the aches and pains. My wife and I visited him and wife Millie in St. Mary's county a couple years back (July 2022). That was the last I saw of him. Rest in Peace Steve! - Jaime Espiritu”
