He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Sullivan and John N. Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Mello (Betty); his children, Catherine Sullivan-Causey (Todd) and Sean Sullivan (Crystal); and his granddaughter Arden Causey.
