He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard McCullough and Jessie McCullough; and his grandmother Jeannette Manning. He is survived by: his significant other Patricia Cress; his sisters, Joddi Akers (Teddy) and Cheryl Massey (Eric); his daughters, Amanda McCullough and Samantha McCullough; and his grandchildren, Jayce, Colton, Denver and Brewer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
His legacy lives on in the hearts of his loved ones as he rides his Harley through the golden gates of heaven, and his memory will be treasured always. in lieu of flowers, the family will be collecting new, unwrapped toys for Toys for Tots.
