He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Phillips and Sophie Phillips (Kolar); and his sisters, Shirley Murchland and Sandy Gill. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Teresa Phillips (Shea); his sons, Stephen Patrick and Timothy; his grandchildren, Stephen Michael, Zachary and Margaret; and his great grandchild Stephen Peter.
