He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton L. Allen Sr. and Margaret Cooksey Allen; his siblings, Gloria J. Groenwoldt (Buddy), Susan L. Robbins and Alton L. Allen Jr.; his niece Karri Chamberlain; and his nephews, Mark Groenwoldt and Eric Robbins.
He is survived by: his sister Cheryl Maddox of La Plata.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be sent in Larry's memory to the Indian Head Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad (4095 Indian Head Highway, Indian Head, MD. 20640).
