She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clarence and Eliabeth Marie Hurley (Logan); and her adoptive parents, Robert Millard and Mary Millard. She is survived by: her husband David Hammond; her children, Heather Millard, Tiffany Pendergast, Jeffery Hammond, Amanda Ward and Brittany Ward; and her grandchildren, Anastasia, Leah, Tyler, Lola and Gabriel.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the John Rudolph Brown Cemetery.
