He was predeceased by : his grandson Douglas A. Dow, Jr.; his siblings, James F. Dow (Melva), Charles Dow (Inez) and Dorothy Stevenson (Arthur); and his brothers-in-law, Adrean Logan, Fred Logan, George Logan and Henry Logan.
He is survived by : his wife Emma Pearl Braxton Dow; his daughter Maurita Annette Dow Massey of Germantown, MD; his grandchildren, Booker Massey, III and Maya Anissa Massey; his son Clinton O. Dow of Las Vegas, NV; his grandchildren, Bryant, Corina, Leeloo and Lailah; and his brother-in-law Grover Logan (Carolyn).
