She was predeceased by: her spouse Merle Ray Mills; her parents, Albert Edward and Madeline Louise Young (Roberts); and her grandmother Caroline Frances Roberts. She is survived by: her son Mark E. Mills (Pam); and her granddaughter Victoria Rae Mills (Tori).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hilton Funeral Home (22111 Beallsville Rd, Barnesville, MD 20838). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Darnestown Presbyterian Church (15120 Turkey Foot Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20878). A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Darnestown Presbyterian Church.
