It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George E. Lees Jr. of Germantown, Maryland, born in Shamokin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 13, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sr. Lees and Marjorie Lees; and his wife Ruth Lees. He is survived by: his children, Brian Lees and Sharon; his son-in-law Chip Fatzie; his sister-in-law Jane Trail; his nieces, Linda Anderson (Kenny) and Donna Clark (Joe); his nephew Doug Trail; his cousin Ralph (Connie Renn); and his close friends, Al Herr, Gene Garancheski, Martin Regalia and Don Kanaski.
