She is survived by: her husband Dean; her children, Cindy Penner of Columbia and Ronald Penner (Marta Heilbrun); her granddaughters, Anna and Sophie; and her sisters, Lillian Rice Kerner of Newport News and Rosanna Jensen of Lincoln. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the DeVol Funeral Home (10 E Deer Park Dr, Gaithersburg, MD 20877). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the All Souls Cemetery (11401 Brink Rd, Germantown, MD 20876).
