He was predeceased by : his wife Dawn Proctor (Baylis). He is survived by : his brother Steven Proctor (Stacy); his cousins, Jim Smart and Catherine Biess; his grandchildren, Lucas Green, Devin and Ava Embrey; his stepchildren, Daniel Baylis, Dionne Baylis, Robert Baylis, Jr. and Jennifer Baylis; his grandchildren, Brittney Baylis, Daniel Baylis, Jr., Samantha Holland, Kendall Baylis, Elias Baylis, Savannah Baylis, Alicia Milley and Mark Bowers; and also Bonnie Biess.
